2026 $5 Market Bucks Sponsor

Not only is Pioneer committed to supporting local communities across our region through assistance like this, but they are opening a branch at Hudson City Centre in June 2026.

We started the $5 Market Bucks in response to SNAP/EBT funds being temporarily suspended at the end of 2025— we pulled together donations from our customers and from our vendors to help people in need. It’s ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL to more formally collaborate on this program with Pioneer.

We’re proud to announce that our 2026 $5 Market Bucks program is sponsored by Pioneer.

How our $5 Market Bucks work:

  1. SNAP/EBT customers will receive on $5 Market Buck per Saturday along with your normal benefits

  2. You can use these like cash at market on SNAP-approved produce and products only

  3. While this program is meant for SNAP/EBT, FMNP, and WIC customers, it is open to anyone needing a financial assistance. If you’re in need, please swing by the MANAGER’S TENT for more information.

JUST A NOTE: similar to last year’s Emergency program, we have a FINITE fund. Depending on the need from our community, we may run out before the end of the season. In that event, we will move over to fund-raising from customers and vendors again.
