Dassai Blue is the New York brewery and tasting room of DASSAI, one of Japan’s most celebrated and internationally acclaimed sake brands. The core of the DASSAI portfolio is Junmai Daiginjo—the highest grade of sake—crafted with an exceptionally high rice polishing ratio.

Expanding its global vision, Dassai Blue in Hyde Park crafts premium sake using Arkansas-grown rice and pristine Hudson Valley water. The Dassai Blue Sake Brewery is open to the public seven days a week, offering sake by the glass or flight, brewery tours and tastings, retail purchases, and more. Beginning in mid-June, guests can also enjoy live music and food trucks on weekends throughout the summer.

A number of our guest vendors participated in their Cherry Blossom Festival in April (JK Customs, The Peach Tree, Karema Deodato, Tiny House Ceramics) and had amazing things to say about their location, their product, and their thoughtfulness.
